Terms

These are placeholder terms covering Weaver’s design-partner phase. They will be replaced with reviewed customer terms before broader availability.

Service

Weaver provides a workspace for collaborative spec authoring and agent-driven execution. During the design-partner phase, the service is provided free of charge with the understanding that design partners give direct feedback to the team and accept that breaking changes may ship.

Acceptable use

• Don’t use Weaver to violate laws, infringe rights, or harm others.
• Don’t probe, scan, or attempt to bypass the security model. If you find a vulnerability, please disclose it to harry@triverge.dev.

Availability

Best-effort during the design-partner phase. We aim for high availability but make no formal SLA commitments until paid plans launch.

Termination

Either party may end the design-partner relationship at any time. On termination, your data is exported on request and removed within 30 days.

Liability

Weaver is provided “as is” during the design-partner phase. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
